• Installation - highly professional installation teams each controlled by a site manager that will work at times that are suitable to the landlord.

• Maintenance and support - available seven days a week, 24 hours per day, response times of between two and six hours. Hot Swap program means that defective equipment is replaced on-site and repaired off-site. Preventive maintenance includes quarterly site visits to maintain efficiency of service.

• Content conversion and production – we will accept material from a client in any of the following formats: Mini DV, VHS, Super VHS, VHS-C and Beta SP.
